All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS within 5–7 business days.

To ensure the security of your purchase, an adult signature and/or government-issued ID may be required upon delivery.

We are pleased to ship worldwide. International orders are shipped via FedEx Express / DHL and packaged with care to ensure safe delivery.

Please note that some international shipments — particularly those of higher value — may incur customs duties or import taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

All prices listed on The Higher End website are exclusive of any customs duties or import fees that may be applied upon arrival in your country.

 

Return Policy

At The Higher End, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you have any questions regarding a specific item, please contact us at admin@thehigher-end.com before placing your order, as all sales are final. We are always happy to provide additional details or clarification prior to purchase.

Transparency is very important to us. Each item listing includes detailed descriptions that are specific to the garment or accessory, and we encourage you to carefully review all item details prior to placing your order.

As many of our pieces are vintage or pre-loved, gentle signs of wear may be present and are considered part of the character and history of these rare items. Every piece selected for The Higher End is thoughtfully inspected and carefully chosen as part of our curated collection.

If there is any issue with your order, it is important that you contact us immediately upon receiving your package so we can review the matter and assist accordingly. Please note that concerns raised more than two business days after delivery may not fall within our quality review window.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, even if the item has not yet shipped or is currently in transit. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
